Market is heating up!!!

I've not had a lot of time to post lately as that we have had a lot of properties to get on the market.  In this area, the market is really picking up and we are fast becoming a sellers market.  Prices from February 2014 compared to February 2015, overall have increased 6%.  Inventory has shrunk by over 1000.  We now have a shortage of properties to sell.
